Drawing from the blueprint developed in the Design phase, Cornerstone Counsel will focus on building your in-house legal and regulatory compliance operations, collaborating closely with your business team, to help accelerate sales and reduce your risk.

This phase is likely to include:

• Organizing secure electronic and paper legal and regulatory compliance files 
• Managing employee access to legal and regulatory compliance files on a need to know basis
• Remedying any defects discovered in the company’s legal and regulatory compliance operations
• Designing the tools for tracking and monitoring in-house legal operations
• Creating or updating your company policies, processes and controls
• Establishing the components of a comprehensive regulatory compliance program:  governance, policies, processes and controls
